Eva Devos - Co-Founder

My own purpose is to inspire people towards self-reflection and self-discovery, helping them find more fulfilment in life.

I get energized when I can help others move a step closer to their goals or success by listening attentively, asking questions, clarifying, and sharing my own insights and life experiences. As an introvert, I ensure I spend enough time alone to recharge and engage in my own self-reflection.

With over 22 years of experience in renowned international communication groups, I learned the impact of both good and bad leadership. Additionally, I discovered the importance of having a clear business strategy, financial planning, an inspiring story, a strong team, and authentic communication. Mastering and connecting these elements helped me transform 8 companies into one integrated business. This intense journey brought success on many levels for me and everyone involved. It also reinforced my belief that the personal growth of your employees and the financial growth of your company should be closely linked. It requires a leader who places the collective interest above self-interest, every single day.

All of this is coming together for me with what we do at 21 grams.

Jessica Danese - Co-Founder

My purpose in life is to support and simplify others' lives through effective solutions and authentic connections.

What energizes me is creating harmony by matching the right people with the right roles and empowering those often underestimated to shine, as they deserve.

For nearly 20 years, I worked with local and international communication agencies, where no two days were the same. My biggest challenge was my last role as COO, merging 8 companies into one new cohesive unit. I focused on overseeing daily operations, streamlining processes, and aligning with strategic goals. I also prioritized placing people in roles where they could be their best selves and made the company more interesting and diverse through recruitment. It was tough, but it taught me that being real, fair, open, and patient is the key to achieving great results. Through teamwork, dedication, and perseverance, we built a successful company which put its people first. I truly believe that when people thrive, so does the business. But none of this happens without a leader who is authentic and leads with heart and soul.
