This 1-hour video call also allows us to explain our approach and answer any questions related to it.
If there is a match, we prepare the next step.
STEP 2: RECOMMEND
with a diagnostic on 5 pillars
In this next step, we use our PassionPurpose Framework to run a diagnostic of your company on the
5 foundational elements: Leadership, story, strategy, team and communication.

A 3-hour conversation with you at your company.

A questionnaire with 3 questions per foundational element is sent up front in order to start the reflection and give direction to the 3-hour live meeting.

For the outcome, we provide a top-line overview of the strengths of your company’s foundations and also what is holding you back from making progress. We provide a set of priorities and a timeline. And we discuss with you which priorities you can implement without our help and for which our guidance is required.

Each of the 5 foundations are accompanied by implementation modules.
